Khulla Dhoka – The Open Door Project

In March 2006, the Siddhartha Art Gallery launched a special community art project that involved artists, poets, musicians
and people from different social backgrounds. The primary aim of this project was to initiate dialogue between different
social groups and to break through the existing mental barriers of mistrust and ignorance. The project was conceived to
create an atmosphere of peace, harmony and understanding though physical and visual dialogue.
